Dynacare sponsors a unique training program for people interested in phlebotomy as a career. The program is focused on individuals who may not have the financial resources or time to commit to a more formal course elsewhere.

Individuals selected for the Dynacare Phlebotomy Training Program attend a paid, five-week, first shift classroom and hands-on curriculum at Dynacare. Following successful completion of the program, trainees become full-fledged Dynacare Phlebotomists.

Programs are scheduled periodically throughout the year based on laboratory need. To be considered for future training programs, you must complete an employment application. The applications are available at the Dynacare Human Resources Department on the Froedtert Hospital campus (located across from the Emergency Room entrance).

Once a training course is scheduled, we will invite people who have applications on file with Human Resources to attend an evening information session. Candidates to be interviewed for the program will be selected from the people at the information session.
