Dynacare Purchases Midwest Clinical Laboratories

“We are pleased to communicate to our clients that Dynacare has purchased Midwest Clinical Laboratories (MCL) from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare,” announced Joe McGann, Dynacare Laboratories’ Vice President. The purchase includes the outreach laboratory business consisting of WFH independent physician offices, non-WFH nursing homes, and other WFH customers.

The target date to have all the new MCL clients transitioned to Dynacare is the first week in October. “MCL provided these clients with an outstanding lab service and Dynacare will continue that same level of quality service “ McGann emphasized.
